SKS Group endeavors to fulfill its Social Responsibility not only by providing quality education to the youth of today but also in the way of serving the people in society who need the most. Every year Eye Camps, Health Camps, Duvet Distribution, Camps for Physically Challenged are organized where the participating patients are treated free of cost irrespective of any discrimination whether based on case, creed, region or religion. Till now more that 1,00,000 patients have participated in the Camps organized by SKSgi.

At SKSgi we understand our social responsibility and strive to make our society a better place to live in. Apart from providing quality education to the young, at SKSgi several other camps are held where the people are provided treatment free of cost. At these camps it helps the needy people of the society to get treatment which otherwise could not have been possible. PHYSICAL DISABILITY CAMP – 2010

The SKS Group of Institutions organized a Mega Welfare Camp for Physically Challenged persons, absolutely free of cost, to the needy and disabled persons at Bengal College of Engineering and Technology, Durgapur from 9th May to 12th May 2010 where artificial  limbs, calipers, crutches, tri-cyle, wheel-chair, audio aids were provided to the needy person, without any cost. The treatment of the physically disabled persons were done by renowned doctors. The visiting dignitaries, political and civil administration highly appreciated our Hon’ble Chairman Shri S K Sharma for the noble cause of providing free treatment to the physically disabled persons, who could not afford to procure the above instruments. This camp was one of its kind in terms of its size and operation.
